LJ's Boutique wanted a new eCommerce website design for their Doncaster based business, specialising in ladies' curvy and plus size fashion.

LJ's Boutique initially approached MultiWebMarketing looking to optimise their existing website with our SEO services. Our SEO experts optimised the website as much as possible, but as traffic to the existing website increased, it was becoming clear that a new website was needed. The user journey was inefficient, and the older website couldn't handle the higher traffic brought from our SEO services.
Drawing from many years' experience providing award-winning website design services, we built a brand new website, better optimised to handle the increase in traffic, with a fresh modern design. New features our team introduced improve the customer journey and user experience.
We added a loyalty scheme, enabling customers to automatically earn points for spending online which can then be used against future orders. Colour swatches were also added across product and category pages, enabling customers to easily view different colours and styles of the same item. Product videos were also added to certain pages, giving customers a better, more complete view of the item they're purchasing, and we implemented a new affiliate programme.
Like all our professional websites, the new eCommerce website was designed with a mobile-first approach, ensuring all features work across a range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop PCs.
