Our new client Sharni Knighton draws upon over 20 years' experience in the hairdressing industry to provide bespoke hair loss solutions. Sharni came to MultiWebMarketing looking for a marketing agency and professional website designers to build a new eCommerce website supported by an All-Inclusive Marketing Plan, with the primary goal of generating sales.

We designed the new website with a mobile first approach to ensure all features work flawlessly across mobile devices and desktop PCs. A user-friendly design is key to any mobile commerce website, which led to us implementing a side cart across the site for easy checkout and cart management. We also included a front-end client area used to track orders, as well as wishlist functionality, all designed to improve the user journey and further generate sales. Finally, a lead generating contact form with a customer auto-reply feature encourages customers to make an enquiry for the client's bespoke services.
