A website is often the first impression a customer has of a business. MultiWebMarketing built a professional website design that is user-friendly for Opticaid that showcases their products and services.

We included a sitemap to help search engines index the website and users find what they're looking for. Our graphic design team optimised images that load quickly and improve the website's SEO, whilst we incorporated targeted keywords throughout the website to help potential customers find Opticaid's products when they search online. A responsive design ensures the website looks good and functions well on all devices, from desktops to smartphones. A clear call to action, a newsletter signup form, encourages lead generation for email marketing services.

Furthermore, we did professional product photography to provide Opticaid with high-resolution images of their glasses.

Ecommerce Features

Opticaid sells various vision care products, so their website must have robust ecommerce features.

We built multiple shop pages for different glasses, such as sunglasses, reading glasses, and screen glasses. Filters that allow customers to sort products by price, best sellers, colour, shape, gender, and products that are in stock only. Product zoom functionality will enable customers to get a closer look at the products they're interested in.

We also built a shopping cart area where customers can add products to their cart, apply promo codes for discounts, and select delivery options. They also have a wishlist feature that allows customers to save products they're interested in for later purchases. Additionally, we have a member area where customers can create an account, track their orders, and update their account information.

All-Inclusive Marketing

Opticaid opted for our Gold all-inclusive marketing plan, which includes social media marketing, with three posts a week on Facebook and Instagram, Facebook advertising, and managing their Google My Business (GMB) account. They are assigned a personal account manager who will communicate with them regularly to pass on any changes to the design team and ensure they are satisfied.
