Accounts Administrator
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Accounts Administrator to join our small but busy accounts department. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day financial operations, working closely with our Accounts/Admin Lead, and playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an AAT Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) who’s looking to build confidence and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
What the role involves
- Processing supplier invoices
- Raising customer invoices and allocating incoming payments
- Preparing Bank reconciliations
- Supporting with credit control by sending reminders and following up on outstanding payments
- Filing documents and maintaining orderly financial records (digital & paper)
- Responding to basic supplier and customer finance queries
- Other Admin Tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- AAT Level 2 qualified (or currently studying)
- Previous experience in an accounts/finance support role preferred
- Comfortable using accounting software (we use Sage One Accounting)
- Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow procedures
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Front End Web Developer to join a fast-growing award-winning marketing agency, who work with a wide range of clients, across many industry sectors.
You will be joining a busy design studio working alongside experienced developers and designers.

- Updates and amendments to existing client websites
Skills developed during this role are:

- Photoshop (image manipulation for website use)
- SEO (Technical and On-Page)
