Part Time Accounts/Admin Assistant
We are a 26-time award-winning agency that tries not to take life too seriously. Our work is globally recognised and has been for the last six years. We work with a variety of passion-fuelled clients, both international and local, to deliver cutting-edge websites that are designed and engineered to perform.
Due to our recent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our fast-growing, award-winning marketing agency.
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team, is numerically minded and has a keen eye for detail.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Entering purchase invoices and raising sales invoices
- Help with monthly bank reconciliation
- Managing debtors
- Answering the telephone when required
- Dealing with clients regarding any account issues
- Help with monthly payroll when required
- Additional general administration duties as and when needed
Previous experience within an account’s role and of Sage Accounting software is desired, as is any payroll experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities::
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Basic knowledge of accounts processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work proactively

Social Media Account Executive
We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Account Executive to join a fast-growing award-winning marketing agency.
The world of Social Media is always changing, we work with a variety of passion fuelled clients, both international and local to deliver awesome content, strategy, engagements and results.
What the role involves
- Writing and scheduling engaging client content
- Writing briefs for creative and new client proposals
- Spotting new social ground breakers (think TikTok or GMB)
- Smoke signal management (Putting out fires before they start)
- Managing influencer relationships
- Developing strategies across multiple social platforms
- Analysing and optimising paid performance metrics
- Building, retaining and managing active client communities
- Client Account Management including producing frequent reports and liaising with clients
- Regular client reviews (via Zoom or Teams)
- Liaising with all internal Account Stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident and articulate person with excellent communication skills and impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Great organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Adaptable, dynamic and a quick thinker with a flexible approach.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in social media within an agency or similar.
- People Management Experience
- Used to working on multiple projects at any one time.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year of coding experience
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Responsive Coding
