Ethica Recruit needed a professional website design with a good user experience (UX) that made it simple for users to view and apply for jobs. The central part of the website is their live jobs page. When a user sees a job they wish to apply for, they must fill out a short contact form, where they can also upload their CV or other files, which generates leads for Ethica to contact job searchers. Businesses can also utilise their services to search for candidates and enquire about them in the same way.
Their website has a testimonials page where users can view glowing reviews from clients, which is a significant factor in persuading them to use Ethica’s services. We also built a page where users can read about the company director, which gives them an insight into the person behind the business and highlights their friendly side.
Furthermore, every page has a downloadable eBrochure that requires users to complete a lead generation form to access it.
