Seaview Escapes were looking for a professional web design and all-inclusive marketing plan that would showcase their Filey, North Yorkshire, based holiday cottages and allow other property owners to advertise through them.

Wanting to market their seaside holiday cottages, Seaview Escapes approached MultiWebMarketing™ looking for a new website, with the primary goals of lead generation and increasing their online bookings.
In order to generate more online enquiries, we incorporated lead-generating features throughout the design, from dynamic contact forms and a customer auto-reply feature to encourage potential customers to contact an eBrochure, downloadable from every page on the website.
We added a loyalty scheme, enabling customers to automatically earn points for spending online, which can be used against future orders. Colour swatches were also added across product and category pages, allowing customers to view different colours and styles of the same item easily. Product videos were also added to certain pages, giving customers a better, more complete view of the item they're purchasing, and we implemented a new affiliate programme.

We also integrated an AirBnB calendar directly into the website and implemented a dedicated booking system, helping Seaview Escapes to take bookings directly from their customers. An admin area also allows the client to manage bookings and property listings proactively.
All these features were designed with a mobile-first approach, ensuring the website works flawlessly across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop PCs.
