They’re a relatively new and growing car sourcing business who source vehicles for customers based on specific briefs and budgets to find their customers’ ideal cars. Based in Wakefield, the business wanted to fuel business growth with our web design services. We built a brand-new Lead Magnet Website for CalderCar, designed to generate online enquiries and create more business for the growing company.

The company has a single key service – vehicle sourcing. Industry, keyword and competitor research were all essential in targeting the new website towards this service. We targeted the website towards local areas, to generate relevant traffic and potential customers local to CalderCar, who are more likely to use their services.

Lead Magnet Design

Each page is designed to encourage the user to interact and contact CalderCar regarding sourcing their vehicle, to generate new leads, enquiries and sales. We implemented an animated list of car manufacturers across every page to remind users of the wide range of vehicles the company can source. We also added pictures of happy customers to the service page, which helps to humanise and put a face to the brand.

The company’s easy, three-step process is outlined on every page, with a contact form to encourage enquiries. We also built several enquiry buttons directly into the website, subtly encouraging users to contact without looking like spam with a non-intrusive design.

Mobile-First Design

The majority of internet activity now comes from mobile devices. This is why we have adopted a mobile-first approach to our web design, ensuring all interactive features on the website work flawlessly on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Images also automatically resize for a mobile device, reducing load times. This is important, as Google prefers websites with lower load speeds and mobile responsiveness

On CalderCar’s new website, the menu resizes depending on your device, for easy, thumb-friendly navigation. All enquiry buttons and contact buttons are resized for ease of use, and features such as tap to call phone numbers ensure contacting the company is quick and easy. Optimising the user experience for mobile devices encourages potential customers to contact CalderCar, helping to increase new leads, enquiries and sales for the company.
