Make Christmas Magical: MultiWebMarketing™ Joins the Doncaster Children’s Christmas Toy Appeal
This year, MultiWebMarketing™ is thrilled to support the Doncaster Children’s Christmas Toy Appeal as a first-time drop-off location, helping to make this festive season a little brighter for children in need. While this is our inaugural year supporting this particular initiative, charitable giving during the Christmas season is a long-standing tradition at MultiWebMarketing™, and we are delighted to bring our community together for such an important cause.
What is the Doncaster Children’s Christmas Toy Appeal?
Founded by local resident Andry Crittenden, the Doncaster Children’s Christmas Toy Appeal is a community-led initiative that has been spreading Christmas joy to disadvantaged children since 2011. Andry and his team of volunteers collect, sort, and distribute gifts for children aged 0–18, partnering with the Salvation Army to ensure the toys reach children supported by social services and community centres across Doncaster. Over the years, the appeal has grown tremendously, with last Christmas seeing over 2,500 gifts distributed to bring smiles and a sense of festive magic to young people in need. This year, the Toy Appeal has set an ambitious goal, hoping to reach 3,000 gifts.
The success of the Toy Appeal is a testament to the generosity of Doncaster’s residents and the dedication of local businesses. As Andry noted, “The great thing about it is that everyone comes back every year to keep us going,” with donations and support increasing each year by hundreds of toys. It’s a heart-warming example of how the community and local businesses can unite to make a lasting impact.
