New Team Member, Lucy – Videographer

MultiWebMarketing are proud to announce our newest team member, Lucy! Lucy is joining the team as the agency's professional videographer, as we expand into video production services and video advertising in the new year. She's really embraced being thrown in at the deep end, spending her first few weeks on the job networking, filming events we've been to, and producing internal videos for MultiWebMarketing.

Lucy's bringing a great level of skill to the role. While studying for a BA in Film at Leeds Trinity University, she completed placements and work experience for several companies, including the BBC, where she learned about live broadcasting, kids' programmes, radio shows and production. She even produced her own documentary about race in the media.

"That was fun," said Lucy. "The week was rammed!"

Lucy's also provided videography work for Leeds City Council and has worked as a wedding videographer for two years, helping to capture many couples' special moments.

She's enjoying the new job so far;

"I love the variety. Each project I'm working on and every video I'm producing is very different, for a wide range of industries in different styles and tones. I'm learning new skills from attending events, and building my confidence along the way!" She's fit right into the team as well. "Everyone's easy to get on with. The office is a close-knit group, and they welcomed me with open arms."

Lucy said she was surprised and incredibly happy when we gave her the news that she had the job. She really stood out from the competition with her skills, experience and, most importantly, her creative flare.

We're going to be using Lucy's expertise to push out new videography services for 2019. This could include new video content embedded onto client websites, and pushed out to all social media channels and YouTube. The videos will be able to be used in future marketing initiatives too, cropped and edited for social media posts, and used for targeted Facebook Ads.
