The Anne Arms is a traditional country pub serving home cooked food, situated in the outskirts of Doncaster. Towards the beginning of 2015, the Anne Arms was taken over by new management. With a new lease of life in the local pub, the Anne Arms needed a new website and marketing strategy to help market and significantly increase the number of visitors for food and drink.
We were asked to help increase these numbers through the creation of a new Digital Marketing Strategy. This involved the design of a new modern website, as well as targeted Social Media Management and ongoing SEO services. The website and social media pages had to be updated frequently, with a key focus on generating awareness for upcoming events at the Anne Arms. The main objective was to increase visitors to the Anne Arms pub through the increased website and social media traffic.
Our complete Digital Marketing services have generated a significant amount of website and social media traffic for the Anne Arms. Within the first 5 months of the website launch this generated 164 online food reservations, 347 telephone reservations and 3 sold out events. Bonfire Night continues to attract over 1000 people every year, and Christmas Day has been fully booked 3 years in a row.

Increased table reservations come with a need for an integrated Table Management System. The Anne Arms takes bookings from the website, with a simple user interface for the staff who are managing the bookings.
This enables walk-in and telephone bookings to be quickly and easily added to the Table Management System, allowing the Anne Arms staff to keep on top of their busy table covers day in and day out
