Lithium Forktrucks Ltd, a Birmingham-based company, specialises in sourcing and importing premium electric forklifts, stackers, pallet trucks, order pickers, and reach trucks. Their goal was to increase their online presence, generate more leads, and establish themselves as a leading provider of electric forklift solutions.

A user-friendly enquiry-commerce website was designed to facilitate straightforward enquiries and provide a seamless customer experience with engaging product sliders and dedicated product pages with optimised images to showcase their extensive range of electric forklifts and other products. On each page is a downloadable ebook, and on each product page is an enquiry form, both for lead generation purposes. The website was built with a responsive design to automatically fit the web page to the user’s device, no matter what they use.

We built them an about page to give website users a background about the business, as well as an FAQ page with an accordion design, which gives it a compact layout and does not take up as much screen space. Furthermore, we lent our SEO services and targeted each product category page for search engines so that their products were visible to searchers on Google.
